			<description><![CDATA[<p>You know that people are allowed to choose their own numbers, right? Whatever disadvantages there may be to playing QP&#x27;s it&#x27;s entirely voluntary. Personally I&#x27;d be happier of QP&#x27;s didn&#x27;t exist. When people choose their own numbers they tend to avoid a lot of the possible combinations. It&#x27;s fairly pointless (maybe even downright stupid) to talk about how often you&#x27;d get duplicates for pick 3 because the low number of possibilities means repeats will be quite common due to the volume of tickets.<br /><br />People paid twice for 370 tickets<br /><br />Unless the clerk screws up they&#x27;ll pay once for each ticket. The quick picks repeat past winning str8 sets many times every draw. They even repeat the last night draw many times. Random numbers have a good chance to repeat. It doesnt mean the lotteries are rigged. QPs are convenient but it s better to try your own combinations that don t repeat recent winners.</p>]]></description>
