Two seconds to get the 754. Three or four minutes to look through the 8 pages and count up the 14 times it happened. Search Past Results is an amazing thing...

In the past year there were 754 00 combos drawn mid and eve in all states. There were only 14 times where the 00 hit in back to back days or back to back draws in the same state. There were no times where it hit 3 times in a row.

I agree with amber, it's possible but highly unlikely.

As long as the officials continue performing 7 pre-test draws before the 8th actual official draw, future possibilities become less in favor of the player.

The three examples you show is not normal. Sure it can happen, and when Florida had only one draw at night, it happened...BUT!!!!!!!......NOT AS MUCH!....NOT CLOSE!
