My session ran out as I was choosing the numbers and was going to checkout because it didn't purchase the tickets. So I called telling the problem and they couldn't restore the numbers, and then I only had 10 minutes left to buy a new ticket so I got quick picks, bet on that instead of the hand chosen numbers and then the drawing cut off so I have to wait until Wednesday to see if my numbers match.

I just looked at the Michigan lottery website. A Michigan resident can indeed play and buy tix online. They have all sorts of games that one can play, in addition to PB and MM.

I understand missing the cutoff, but I'm with KY Floyd on the other. How were your numbers deleted by accident?

Do you play online and your pick didn't get confirmed by the lottery, and by the time you realized it the cutoff time had passed?

Just curious.

cutoff time is before 10:00 p.m., Eastern Time

It depends on the state. The cutoff for PB in NY is at 9, 2 hours before the drawing.

WhoaMama it's a sign. You win with a missup. I think you should pick the number and other do QP. Do half and half. Few time and maybe you will hit it big.

Sorry to hear about the mishap. Remember the cutoff time is before 10:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on the night of the drawing. Try to get to a retailer 30 min before that to allow time if the their lottery terminal isn't up or working to give you time to drive elsewhere.

I couldn't get tonight's powerball tickets because the michigan lottery's website deleted my numbers by accident so i had to get quick picks. guess what? i bought it too late! now i have to wait until wednesday night for numbers that are lucky tonight
