			<description><![CDATA[<p>In this particular draw #257 by my count (since the last matrix change),<br /><br />I go back fifty-seven draws to determine cold numbers and this changes<br /><br />from draw to draw as numbers get hit. Hot numbers is a little bit different.<br /><br />I use a combination of criteria to define a so called hot number.<br /><br />Basically, its the most number of hits in a defined time series from 1- 10 usually.<br /><br />In this particular draw capturing 2 out of 40 is not what I would call acceptable.<br /><br />For whatever reason, I do a</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t play the big games, but If you think about it, pick-3 players like me are trying to figure the same thing out as you&#x27;re trying to do, meaning eliminating numbers. We have to deal with 30 single digits, as opposed to 50+ on your end, so it&#x27;s not that way off.
