			<description><![CDATA[<p>Some retailers who put them in say counting down do this for inventory reasons. At the start of the shift if the the tickets are on 45 and they started on 49 they simply subtract to see how many were sold on that shift. I personally like stores who start them on 000, but either way the lottery does not care and a lot of people don&#x27;t mind which way they are sold.</p>]]></description>
