Uninstalled everything I had related to the slider, Slider II and SLNG II programs. Reinstalled the SLNG II program and my lotto 4 text file.

Low and behold everything works now. Wish I new which of the programs dbases was interfering with the Excel file. I will reinstall each of the slider programs one at a time to see which one is interfering with it.

I will search my computer to see if there is another place the SLNG program got installed. If it did I don't know how.

Yes, the drawings match the dates. The date format changes from the format in the Dgame file.

When you clicked the TEST toolbar did the draws import into the DGAMETest worksheet?

Are the dates and drawings match your game text file. This is the one you sent me.

I corrected 3 of the incorrect dates.

Copy and Paste any data from columns A through F

I want to see what was improted into the DGAMETest Worksheet

My game only started on Jan. 22 2018 and was pasted on another p4 game to get the required history in order to use the slider programs. Could that be the problem? I know it was with the incorrect dates.

Locate the TEST Toolbar.

Click the Toolbar

Next go to the DGAMETest worksheet and copy and paste the results here.

Check your dates. There are a number of dates in your text file that need to be changed.

There are only 30 days is November (2017) not 31. You need to change this date to 12/01/2017.

There are a number of others.

Once you correct these save it the DGAMES folder.

Open the Excel file and import the draws.

Check your AL4 text file you sent me.

You have bogus dates for draws that need to be changed.

For example,

11/31/17 There are only 30 days in November. Should be 12/01/17

There a number of other dates you need to change.

Once you corrected them re-load.

If the date formats are incorrect do the following:

1 AnalysisMS and AnalysisFS worksheets

2 Highlight cells B20 through B269

3 Right Click

4 Select Format Cells

5 Select the Number tab at the top

6 In the Cat... [ More ]

All what you say is correct.

The new excel data files are correct.

If I want to update the draws. Do I click the import data files ?

I'm afraid it may revert back to the problems I am having with the game file.

Followed the video for import of Atlantic Canada dump files and the draw dates are all mixed up on the AnalysisMS tab. I think it might be the date format that is causing the problem. The DGAME tab has 2 different formats for the dates.

I changed the file names and added Pick3 and Pick4 to the end of the file names.

Important: Make sure you are importing the correct DUMP text file.

The Pick 3 game you Load into SLNG-II and create the Dump.txt file (Keyboard Shortcut D) open either the Excel file MSMasterDumpFileImportFilterPick3.xlsm or FSMasterDumpFileImportFilterPick3.xlsm

Ya know Steve about a year ago I would have got 5 minutes into the Sling 2 video 1 and my head would be in overload, Now I'm patiently waiting for your next video #4 to see what other juicy tid bits you have in store for us. I did not want to place these videos and instructions in the main SLNG-II thread.

I created 3 Excel files to use side-by-side with RL's SLNG-II program.

The Excel files use the Dump.TXT file which is located in the sub folder Files .

Using the Dump.txt file we can analyze the winning results and settings created by SLNG-II.
