These tickets are terrible and I do not understand the appeal

Why pay $20 for a ticket with top prize of $1,000? I play lotto for dream of life changing prize at that price point

The ticket number at the bottom of scratch tickets matches the prize number, and it should payout, everybody call'Em on it
