Todd, I don't believe it would make a difference, pre-draws or not. All he has to do is program the number of pre-draws in the drawing. Which brings up another question, what if they changed the number of pre-draws every drawing? Would that have stopped the rigged draw

Something just doesn't make sense about what Eddie Tipton was able to do. OK so he programmed the RNG computer to spit out a certain set of numbers on a certain date. But what about the pre-draws? Did all the pre-draws on that date contain those same pre-programmed numbers

The one thing that came to my mind was the women who was not in the towers on 911 day. She ended up joining hands and acted as being part of those groups. The same mentality is with people who create fake news/threads - diverting attention towards them, psychologically playing with others mind and I didn't win so it's rigged attitude.

Anything you search on google will give out 100s of articles. Genuinity flies off the window once you start reading sites other long standing media sites.

Fake news - text and video dominate a lot nowadays.

Many you tube videos titles and thumbnails are far away from actual content just to get likes.

That was misused a lot earlier. That's why you tube started restricting whom to pay - its a combination of number of subscribers, number of views, likes/hates, etc.,

I Googled what the o/p said to for the original article. Directly below that was a Fla. lottery video. Look carefully at the next to last ball. The guy presses the button and the 35 comes up. Then he presses and holds the same button a second time and number 53 comes up.

I'll tell you what I think: If you believe the lottery is cheating, then you either go to the police or you retract your statement. Nobody has any idea who you are or if you are telling the truth about anything, including working at the Florida Lottery.
