ok i try to walk you threw it

high lite all cells you want a 0 then right click and go to format cells then click on custom then you will see a box that says Type you clear that out and type in 000 and u done

It was the numbers that hit when I did the test on Texas...eliminate that.

I just don't know how to fixed the formula to get zeros at the left side..

so for example if you get a single digit like 7 it is a 007 if it is a double digit like 17 then it is supposed to be a 017

All is needed is to apply different strategies to minimized numbers to choose.

I created a file on excel that once you input a pick 3 number it will create all possible options on a +4 -1 and mirror combinations all together..

I am not expert on excel so if I can get any assistance in improving the file I can send it your way..or upload it

Below is the chart using Texas midday on 04/09 and so far all bold numbers have hit..I also tried the morning draw and same results..
