You'll have to search that using the Lottery Post search feature. It's a good one but again may not give the results you're seeking.

I said previously I'm not observant enough to know where discussions are because I've not personally searched them.

It is honestly better to pm someone asking how they arrive at numbers if you can not locate that info in the forums. If they have time and care to share they will answer.

I think we all like to keep the challenge threads clean so we can easily eyeball what others are posting and do method discussions in another thread.

By keeping things clean it is much easier for Maddog and FJA to compute winners. We like to make it as easy as possible for them.

There may be separate threads discussing how participants arrive at their picks but I've not been sufficiently observant to notice. You may want to go through thread histories to see if you can find them.

As far as how I do it, I use the Lottery Post search feature to search particular numbers I'm drawn to and see which numbers they hit with in past draws. Number affinities are a real phenomenon that exists but they don't know why. I also use LottoPro software which I've had since around 2000... [ More ]

Check out fja's threads on the Jackpot Forum. That should answer that question about who got closest to numbers drawn. As to comparing different approaches, I usually use set numbers along with random numbers.

Then just participate, or just observe.

I'm a strong proponent of virtual training and all competitions including friendly ones...)))

that's the only way to refine gaming skills as the game itself is not free and may require significant investment... but then at the end of each competitive round and depending on it's result the participating strategies have to be compared between the winner and all the the losers... in other words there has to be a criteria how to compare different approaches other that just whose numbers were clos... This is a friendly competition among the members who try to refine their number picking skills.There are also elaborate stats provided at the end of every month that allow you to see your strengths and weaknesses. I know it has tremendously helped my game playing from when I first joined LP. Probably not wise to trash this free service or allow another member ( who I know was trolling you in another forum) to set you up here. It is always best to do a little research before one asks questions.
