But you don&#x27;t have that information in advance, obviously.<br /><br />What terminal and time of day it was for the last drawing is of no use to you. Just like the numbers chosen in the last drawing are of no use, yet people try to use them anyway... waste of time, just throw away your money on QP&#x27;s to get it overwith...</p>]]></description>

I am guessing that the Time would be another Random set that would be difficult to Track<br /><br />So Then you would have to worry about not only your numbers, but, when to buy them.<br /><br />Sounds like the Odds of Winning would be as much as 24 time greater when you tried to just pick the correct hour to Buy.</p>]]></description>

I worked on the first floor and once in a while would go talk to him before he went on the air. He was a very interesting guy.he told me that the clock was still an adversary, but not in the sense of waiting to get off work but program after program he wanted to discuss many more things but the time just ran out.</p>]]></description>
