The chances that NY will draw the same set of numbers that have won previously is exactly the same as the chance of another state drawing those numbers, for equal numbers of drawings. If NY has drawn 7,762 unique combinations there's a 7,762 in 575,757 chance of drawing one of those previous combinations in the next drawing, and the same is true of the next drawing in any other state that has a 5/39 game. there is no need for any special programming skills... you can use just an ordinary calculator to figure out how the statistics in regards to this matter might look like.... let's for example consider CA Fantasy 5 lotto... this is a 5/39 game which means that there are 575.757 different (unique) combinations exist... in accordance with normal statistical distribution the statistics in the theoretical case of 575.757 consecutive draws would look like the following:

Premium members can check any lottery with any group of combinations any time without any programming skills. Regular members can do the same using states lottery websites.

I'm curious about something that I think will take some programming skills to arrive at an answer. If I had the ability to write code, I'd do it myself, but I've never written a single line of code in my life.
