Non consecutive advanced plays That is referring to the 4 digit numbers right? I thought it was referring to the days in that if you wanted say for example one on Tuesday and the next on Friday it had to be on another form. So if I want a QP set of numbers for 5 different days I have to fill out 5 different forms and fill out 1 block with the QP

Separate playslips must be completed for nonconsecutive advance plays.

I don't fully understand the advanced play and number of plays section on my Pick 4 form (Louisiana). I want to do a quick pick for 5 days and have a different quick pick set of numbers for each day rather than the same number for each day. Do I have to fill out a form for each day if I want that or is there a way to do it on 1 form?
