Las Vegas: Strip SLS casino-hotel to assume control of W hotel

The W hotel brand is leaving the Las Vegas Strip. The SLS casino-hotel on Wednesday announced it will assume control of the W Las Vegas, which currently occupies one of the property's three towers. The change at the property on the northern end of the Strip will take place Friday. The SLS in a statement says existing reservations for the W hotel past Friday will be honored.
