			<description><![CDATA[<p>I agree, very impreasive.<br /><br />The problem I have is that because of the up to 7 pre tests before an actual official drawing, that act stupid visors and messes up the whole program in the production Department. I can&#x27;t prove it but I can tell you right now that years ago and they only had one drawing in Florida I was always in the black financially. Almost instantaneously after they introduced the 2nd midfay drawing my Prophets on a chart would look like a plane dive-bombing LOL</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>It could be used in pick-3 and pick-4 games to determine how many combinations should be drawn in a specific number of drawings. In 1000 pick-3 drawings using phi, there should be around 618 combos drawn which is not that far off from the 667 normal distribution some players use.</p>]]></description>
