Glad you were able to figure it out. I know IE and Chrome have different ways to do it as far as copying and pasting stuff here on LP.

So I found a workaround on how to post text because before I was getting some kind of graph looking thing with cell column thingy...To show you what that thing I'm talking about looks like I'm going to post a link to show you a picture of what I see when I try to paste text into the editor area, I get this,

Well thanks for trying anyways. Before my laptop died a few months ago, I could put in the addresss into the insert picture part, and I had no problem at all, but for some reason my mobile device doesnt work correctly. However I don't understand why because I can easily post a YouTube link address in the blog forum or anywhere else on LP, but I can't paste text, or post a picture.

This is a random photo posted from an imgur address. I simply clicked the Insert Image button in the toolbar, and then pasted the URL there.

It works. If it doesn't work on your computer or phone, then the problem is on your computer or phone. Or you're not using the Insert Image button. (i.e., you're doing it wrong.

Imgur address doesn't get accepted by LP editor here. I don't know of any other places that I've already tried to make it work.

I've already tried to upload to snapshots from two different websites, but they are both rejected by the editor here. Basically it looks like a vertical rectangular box that says cell, column, width, and little tiny boxes connected to each other, almost like graph paper.

My bad, I don't know why I brought up the YouTube links because I already know how to do that. I don't know what I was thinking.

What I meant to say is that whenever I copy and paste text from somewhere else and want to paste it here where I am writing now for example, when I touch my phone screen, I don't see the little paste box pop up, it only shows the cell column with length width and all that stuff.

Thanks but can you fix the option to only full desktop website. I have deleted cookies numerous times and I m still taken back to the mobile site when I select the option to not use the mobile website only the desktop version of site from mobile phone.

For YouTube links, don t paste the link use the Insert Video button and then paste the URL into the space where it asks for the video link. That will insert the video directly into the page.

Thank you Todd, I will start using that option. By the way, it was mostly just YouTube links that I press on until it got highlighted and then it would ask me if I want to copy and I will press on copy.

If it's pasting crap into the editor, then it's obvious that you are copying the content/link from the page of another website. Or perhaps from a program or word processor. Use the Paste as Plain Text button in the text editor to strip out all the other non-text/non-link garbage when you paste.

In other words, ever hear the term garbage-in, garbage-out ? That means the editor can only paste whatever you are telling it to paste. When you are copying from the other website, you are copying more... [ More ]

Thanks Todd, it's funny you bring this up because within the last week or two weeks maybe longer, I noticed that sometimes when I was going on to LP, I would get another option with a page that didn't look familiar, so I didn't know what was going on until now.

As far as suggestion goes, may I suggest that if it's possible, can you make it so that when I copy a link, when I try to paste it that it will actually work? Instead of pasting, a wide vertical rectangular window comes up with cells a... [ More ]

Since we have such a large percentage of members viewing the forums on a mobile phone, I wanted to draw your attention to the latest feature for the mobile website.

Based on feedback provided by YOU, the Lottery Post mobile website can now browse threads in reverse order, meaning you can scroll through the posts in any thread with the latest post appearing first and the first post at the bottom.

When I asked for feedback on what to add next for mobile users, this was the #1 request.
