The .0 is a Python 2 issue. Just wrap int() around the random number, or use an online Python 3 compiler.

It looks random. What is special about this grid you found on Youtube compared to other grids? For that matter, what is special about grids compared to other methods of random generation, like rolling a 10-sided die?

oh well, if you like grids you can generate as many as your heart desires with a few lines of python:

always look @ the 5s and making sure aleast 1 digit of last hit connects to the 5 and theres the area of next hit

According to what was said in the video you would find your draw that hit eve or mid and the numbers touching off that hit would most likely be in the next draw! as far as i know the same grid is used over and over
