Far as I know it was never updated. It was later sold, rebranded The Winning Ticket (twt.zip), released in beta without the wheels, never updated (did anyone get the promised second beta?) and was widely traded (password Zeus). Suggest you look into what it takes to run old software on windows 10, such as win 95/98 mode and virtual machine.
