I too play in NC, and find this very interesting. How ever I am trying a little different approach to see if it works any better or worse by comparason to your method. My idea is to create a regression of pair numbers to see what amount of history to use. Then list the pairs that come up in the most likely amount of history in a matrix of X numbers accross by X number down in excel. This way its back tested from the history of the game. This idea involves a lot of typing, as i have been working

quick backtest looks good i found more than the amount of pairs you listed and maybe ten days but its a good idea thanks

Take your recent state pick 3 or pick 4 result.

Pick 4 front 3 or last 3.

Pick 3 pick 3

1st position. What ever digit. Odd or even. We back track the other two positon.

First we look for 2 evens Then we look for 2 odds.

Example

North Carolina. August 28th 927 result pick 3 evening . People you got to seperate evening and day game!!

Position 1st = 9

9xx. Now we look for x by bactracking.

A) X equal. 2 evens
