On this September 14th, day of 2001 - Official National Day of Remembrance

Thousands of sorrowful Americans packed churches and public squares to express their sorrowful empathy for the innocent murdered victims (3000 counting) of the September 11th sneak attack on America.

President George W. Bush attended services at the Washington National Cathedral and then flew to New York where he honored the dead and addressed fire, police and civilian emergency rescue teams.
