Odds of winning box on a Quick Pick?

I re-did the math and found that although the Pick 4 is ten times harder than the Pick 3 to hit straight, it is only about three times harder to hit box. Can anyone confirm that

Pick 3 6-Way Box: 1 : 167

Pick 3 3-Way Box: 1 : 333

Pick 4 24-Way Box: 1 : 417

Pick 4 12-Way Box: 1 : 833

Pick 4 6-Way Box: 1 : 1,667

Pick 4 4-Way Box: 1 : 2,500

Does anyone know what the odds are of winning box on a Quick Pick in the Pick 3 and Pick 4?

I was thinking of adding 6/1000 (representing a single) and 3/1000 (representing a double) and that gives us about a 1 in 110 chance.

In the Pick 4, adding 24/10000 (single), 12/10000 (double), 6/10000 (double double), 4/10000 (triple) which is rougly a 1 in 216 chance.

I don't know if that is correct.
