Thanks. I just hate to see people getting duped.

There's comments here on LP about Oh well my losses go into the state education fund , etc.

I'd like to see the FTC or the FCC step in and tell the lotteries if the lottery revenue doesn't go into the education fund and stay in the education fund stop any advertising that implies it does.
