Any lottery that offers front pair, back pair, and outside pair bets on their pick-3 games technically has a pick-2 game. The payoffs are exactly the same, but the Florida game offers box, front or back number, and 1-off bets too.

One of these days a lottery will offer any possible bet that can be made on a pick-3 numbers like sum, a digit in a digit position, a digit in any digit position, etc.

Florida have pick 2, and is more easy win pick 2 because the probabability is 1/100 and pick 3 probability is 1/1000

Not many states have Pick2 but you'd think it would be easier to win than Pick3.

Only seen one winning ticket posted, not sure how many are actually playing the game.
