A decent estimate of the after taxes cash is around 1/3 of the advertised jackpot, but we should be talking about the cash value rather than an before tax estimate of how much a player can get if they wait 29 years to collect their winnings.

Almost as bad as America's Got Talent $1 million prize in 40 equal yearly installments.

Thanks for the video. This is more evidence that lottery pools are a very bad idea IMHO. Just play by yourself.

You must have bulletproof paperwork to survive the attacks that will occur in situations like this. Even then expect to go to court fighting against these nasty parasites.

I was watching this video on YouTube and at 2:01 they reference a news story that was on Lottery Post back on June 6, 2006.

The video was published on Feb 24, 2015.
