yeah sticker less coloring books an outlines of tracing paper. dinosaur books an hip hops corn to pop. pennies face up a somewhat luck. face downs an bottoms up; the pigions plight. thunder flower not enough power...found this currency in that state..add to the jar non pickle peanut butter, lottery in hand from such jar??! who stole the winning ticket form the pickle cookies jars

I have lost money over the years. One time I lost $5. A day or two later one of my neighbors told me that he had found $5. I told him that I had lost $5 thinking that at least I know who found it but to my surprise he pulled $5 out of his wallet and handed it to me. That is the only time I have ever had that happen. I have lost $10 and $20 and felt bad about it but I witnessed one thing that really P!ssed me off.

I saw someone across a restaurant drop a $50 bill after they paid and got up

i mean sure who doesn't? its ok. change gate money just stay there forever. pick up put up shove in jar. save to top..coinstar that thing for faint hope of lottery tickets. or bread on the table... buttered lottery tickets or winning tv dinner from the coin an friend Bill on the ground. hey it can happen. Kids look for change or bills all the time, finds are best left to lucky observant kids.

I don't look 3 customers hands ahead at every check out to know who dropped what.

I would pick up change since I view pennies as lucky also. If I found a $10 bill or more, I would try to turn it in, if inside a store. I remember when I was very small and in a grocery checkout line with my grandmother and both of us saw a dollar bill on the floor just outside the checkout area. Neither of us had any instinct to grab it (it did not belong to us) and I was appalled when someone walked by and grabbed it since it was not likely his money. I would consider it bad karma now to keep

My best find was a $20 bill in a trash can wrapped around a big gulp cup, this was when i was a janitor... now days I dont go digging through trash

The Mrs and I went to a local Native American festival this past weekend. Took our GSD with us and he was checking things out as usual. He stopped to sniff something and beside where he was sniffing, the Mrs noticed a folded up $5 bill... Not a bad find...Stopped and picked that one up

I've picked up everything from a penny to a dollar coin to a dollar bill.

Today I picked up 27 cents in change.

If it is wet and mucky and flu season I will leave it there and let someone else pick up the penny and get the flu.

The most I found was 3 $1 bills in a public toilet but I did NOT fish them out. I almost left but didn't want to get that money in circulation so I went back in and flushed...not worth starting an epidemic over.

I haven't purchased a piece of Bazooka Gum in at least 35 - 40 years... I have no idea, nor have I seen a container on a counter someplace either. Do they have it in an open box in the candy bar aisle anymore ? As far as the price of Bazooka, I used to buy it when it was 1 2 cents respectfully.

I have been into the old time stores that replicate the days of my youth(1960's) when you used to be able to get a small brown bag and fill it with penny candy for about 50 cents

To be honest if it was a dime or a quarter I would think about the year of it. Those old silver ones are still around. Sometimes you get one with change. $1 get an old silver quarter get $5 back change. Not bad

I'll pick up a penny (couldn't care less if it's heads or tails) and thank the Lord for it! I figure, if I'm grateful for a penny, perhaps He'll see I'm fit for further blessings. :) If I find a penny, then a few steps later I find a nickel (or another penny), my eyes will be glued to the ground for the remainder of the day. lol

I lived in Northern Jersey and worked in Manhattan. when it was time to knock it off for the day I went to Port Authority to catch the bus back to Jersey knowing my ticket wouldn't be for the next bus to come in but the 5th or 6th next one.

I wouldn't want to do that again.

I know NYC is dirty but East St Louis puts it to shame in that department....first time I drove past there I thought I was looking at something from right after WWII.

Just got back running a couple of errands and guess what I picked up? A bright shiny penny, 2017, heads down BUT it wasnt where I get my tickets. I got my tickets at another location, the guy standing behind me said after seeing I was purchasing lottery tickets said I have the winner in my pocket lol. I told him I hoped he did but I would take the jackpot he didnt win and we both laughed and wished each other good luck.

At the Safeway grocery store people were lined up buying their tickets.

I am almost always finding pennies, once in a while a dime and I just say a thanx, continue on and consider them good luck. I have a little bucket filled with the coins I find. Always seems to be at the store I get my lottery tickets. Speaking of which, I have some errands today and will also pick up my tickets. Curious to see how the selling is going around here.

A nickel more worth of gasoline, a nickel more worth of coffee beans, plenty of stuff like that. More importantly, with 40 nickels, you can buy a MM lottery ticket. If you only have 39 nickels to your name, and you see one on the ground, now you can buy a lottery ticket whereas before you couldn't.

If you saw money on the floor / ground, what's the smallest amount it would need to be for you to bend down to pick it up
