To reach a billion, it'll have to at least roll today and Wednesday - and maybe one more after that, if jackpot fatigue slows the rise too much. I calculate about a 70% chance of rolling tonight, and 60% for the next drawing, which comes to 42% overall. So, more likely than not, it'll be won before hitting a billion, but it's still quite possible that it will get there.
