yes indeed. Lost quite a bit. bee stings worse but took the wasp stings this time. all ok..it was a bigun jackpots... wanted to spend that much an try out. wwitjout training wheels.. a big tricycle clone of loosing tickets. almost frosty the snowman happy when getting the bonus balls though..an rudolf the freddy kreuger monster delight when it was with mega plier.

I appreciate you being willing to share. If I understand correctly you loss quite a bit but not too much. You match the bonus ball on each one, mega millions 6 times (some with multiplier), pb one. Let's say 3 of 6 MM's had the multiplier which was x3 that night. That comes to ($6x3) + (2x3) a $24 win. Reg PB earns a flat $4. A total win of $28.00 minus the $130 minus the $14 spent. A loss of $116.00. Sorry bud

for the l1.5billion mega millions I spend about 130. some tickets were with multiplier so I forgot how many tickets I actually had. for the 750 powerball I spend 14$ got 7 tickets. only hit the bonus ball on each one, mega millions 6 times, pb one. as they say...get money spend money, desire habit, bucking rabbit..frog legs jumb grasshoper legs bite. loose some, win sometimes some or none.

A couple years ago at a gas station somewhere on the east coast I saw a man buy one of every lottery ticket and scratcher they had. Considering how expensive some of those scratchers are, he easily spent more than $100. I thought about telling him his odds of winning a prize would be better if he spent the equivalent amount on tickets for a single game's drawing, but decided to leave him be. A few. But the thing is, I don t like the whole idea of spending to get it back you know. When I used to scratch, I used to spend double that sometimes. There are times that you should play, and there are times that you shouldn t honestly. The other day, at the store i saw a lady spend over $100 on ticket's, I was shocked as that was a big waste of money. i budget and spend alot less on ticket's!

i need to eat, that is more important

I spent maybe $13 total during the whole PB and MM jackpot frenzy. On the daily games lately I m spending less than 20 bucks weekly lately. That s down a lot for me. I used to spend around $200 weekly. Just don t have the time or the motivation at the moment.

When standing in line I saw some people dropping hundreds on MM. Considering the odds and all the possible combinations, I don't think spending that much will make a big difference. Most winners usually only spend below $50. If you are destined to win, then you will win.

probably a total of $200 on both combined... But the entertainment and what if factor was worth it. Now, both MM PB will get no money from me until after DEC 1st

Since I don't smoke or drink or participate in the illegal drug culture, the spending can vary

I was thinking about that today as I was checking all the MM and PB tickets I bought last week and the answer is way too much considering I matched the PB bonus number once and the MM bonus number twice for a total collection of $8.

The good news is I probably won't buy a ticket in either game in November because I have a feeling sales in both games will be tiny.

Same for me in California. PB and MM have too low odds to bother with, Superlotto Plus's pari-mutuel payouts are too low and too unpredictable to bother with, and the other games are RNG, which I don't trust.

I analyze lottery data as a hobby, but have never found any anomalies that I could exploit profitably, so I don't play. For fun in my house we all write down our guesses for PB and MM before the drawings and I'm happy to report that our strategy of not buying tickets has saved us more t... [ More ]
