Very Similar to Pennsylvania's New Year's Millionaire Raffle.

PA draws four winners of $1,000,000 out of 500,000 tickets sold which also produces 125,000 to 1 odds.

PA draws 2 tickets each week for the eight weeks while tickets are on sale. Weekly drawing winners get $50,000 each, and are still eligible to win one of the four $1,000,0000 prizes drawn on January 5th, 2019.
