Many people could, but they'd need more information as to how you want them generated. Random or from a seed? And if from a seed, what algorithm? What length?

If you simply want all the palindromes up to a certain length, it's much easier to download the list from the OEIS rather than writing a program.

https://oeis.org/A002113

A Lychrel number is a natural number that cannot form a palindrome through the iterative process of repeatedly reversing its digits and adding the resulting numbers.

The reverse-and-add process produces the sum of a number and the number formed by reversing the order of its digits. For example, 56 + 65 = 121. As another example, 125 + 521 = 646.

About 80% of all numbers under 10,000 resolve into a palindrome in four or fewer steps; about 90% of those resolve in seven steps or fewer.

No need to Excel it, you can get list of Lychrel number candidates from the OEIS

https://oeis.org/A023108

They have all the 3-digit and 4-digit Lychrel number candidates as a txt you could import into Excel

https://oeis.org/A023108/b023108.txt
