It would help to keep players' minds at peace if ILLINOIS LOTTERY would give a breakdown of payouts for pick 3 and pick 4 the way they do it for Lucky Day and other games. Michigan and Iowa does it on their games. It should not be too hard to do: It is simply one more level of transparency

none of the Pick 3 or Pick 4 lotterys are random but there are more states that will let you hit sometimes than Illinois who let you hit when they feel like it, that's why it's computer-generated so they can manipulate the numbers as they need to.

I totally agree Illinois lottery is the shadiest of all the states. This isn't even close to random.
