Lottery Director Please Help

I am trying to resurrect the above lottery program in a virtual box running under Vista.I so far have a 95% success but cannot run the wheeling portion of the daily 4 digit numbers.I have named my file with the history simply PE.When i try to insert nos. in a wheel i get the following message: Can t find a picks file for the PE4 4 digit game first use wheel your numbers on your pick menu .I have all history in place but cannot understand what to do?Can someone knowledgible with the program help
