			<description><![CDATA[<p>Thanks for your reply. I forgot to mention the title of the books. The book that I am referring to is called Three Wise Men Run-down and work-out book. It says for all states lotteries. Also on the cover it says Stocks-bonds race mutuels system and work-outs. Prof Hitts even mention race mutuels in its workout. I&#x27;m wondering if that&#x27;s how elderly people hit so much. They are using the correct system, and we the younger generation, are going draw by draw and missing hits.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Doesn&#x27;t sound like a lottery book, though I&#x27;ve never bought one of those for bonds and stocks. The lottery books<br /><br />work off dreams or the last draw where you find what to play next. My experience with such items lends me to<br /><br />believe the fuzzier the instructions the more worthless the system suggesting there is no system beyond taking a<br /><br />lucky shot using whatever you think they might mean for you to do. Does that mean I have to look up the Stock number from the NYSE? They usually imply that the numbers from the 1st day of the month are the indicators.</p>]]></description>
