Not true, that is only at one place. That is close to my work. My whole point is. If you play ALOT of pick 3 pick 4 numbers. It could be a nightmare. But they were supposed to be online tuesday the 22nd. They have been having way to many problems. So they are delaying it.

The inconvenience is only noticeable to you because you are used to the privilege of operating the machines yourself. Mere mortals who must fill out slips and hand them to the cashier for processing won't notice much difference, and they are the vast majority of players.

I've seen the new machines, but they have not hooked them up in the Springfield area. I hope it lets me cash in 30$ on a 30$ winning (refund) ticket.

Maybe they are trying to get the multiple combo players to fill out play slips. Lots of stores will tell players to fill out slips especially when a long line is forming.

Has anyone talked to any retailers? The new lottery machine is awful for pick/pick 4 players who play ALOT of numbers at once. I had the experience in messing with the new machine. My retailer lets me play my own numbers back there. Known each other for years. I really hope they work these bugs out. Because if illinois is looking to make more revenue. They are going to lose money with this new machine.
