What? You can't use Google Play cards to pay the IRS?

If you haven't seen any of Kitboga's Youtube scam the scammer videos, check them out. They are hilarious. Several of the videos concern the fake IRS agents threatening arrest and other nonsense. You hear the actual scam phone conversation and the fun begins
