In Florida, they can send you a list of vendors who sell a particular game. Be mindful that those top prizes may have been destroyed if retailers sent partial unsold books to the lotto offices.

I played a North Carolina scratch-off called Merry Bright 2-3 weeks ago. I actually won $100 on it!

Since it's a holiday scratch-off, I knew it would be around for a very limited time. There are two prizes of $1 million dollars and no one has won yet.

Since then, I can't find it anywhere! Not at any of the gas stations, grocery stores, or even the vending machines! I have asked about it everywhere and no one knows what happened to it.
