			<description><![CDATA[<p>Back in the day when I travelled up and down I-95 regularly, I used to keep this workup updated. The idea was to have one good number that I could play everywhere. I haven&#x27;t made the I-95 drive in a while now, but I thought I would do the workup just for fun.
