That's good because sum it up sucks. You only win something decent when the rarest sums hit like 000 and 999. That's a smart move by TLC. For players, the fireball essentially increases the amount of combos which gives you more chances to win without increasing the cost. For TLC, I'm sure they analyzed the results of other states before and after they included fireball and saw how profitable it was for them. It's a win-win.
