What in the world is going on in Ohio right now?!

Root sum digits yesterday showed 9, 5, 4, 9, 9, 4 according to my last post. After mid-day's drawing today, the root sums are showing the same....:

02/03 root sums before mid-day draw:

391- 4

846- 9
