			<description><![CDATA[<p>You need much more draw data to identify statistically significant biases. Something that could throw a monkey wrench in your plans is that most lotteries conduct test draws but usually don&#x27;t publish the results on their websites. That means the data you&#x27;re analyzing is only a sample of the full picture, and sampling always comes with errors. Best of luck to you in any case.</p>]]></description>
