Hi,

On the page, click your birth year. Then on the next page scroll to find your month. Look in the row for your birth date to find what sign the moon was in. Don't worry about the sidereal time, it won't make much difference. It's more important if you're making an astrological chart and need precise angles. If you were born when the moon was on the cusp of a new sign, you can use either moon sign or both. Best of luck to you.

Hello,

Thank you for the information. Maybe I'm missing a step. Could you help me figure this out? I looked up my ephemeris which was Moon-01LE48 and my GMT was 04:09:19. I can't figure out what to do from here. My birthday is November 1975 if that helps. Any assistance would be great. Thank you.

If you don't know your moon sign you can look it up in an ephemeris such as this one https://www.findyourfate.com/astrology/ephemeris/ephemeris.html You will need to know the time of your birth converted to GMT for the most accurate results.
