I tried it again this morning with the win 10 on my newer computer and no dice.

Its a great program and I'll have to just use my laptop with win vista.

Glad to see you got it working. Once you told me you were on Win 10, I knew it was a compatibility issue. I have it, and sometimes use it, but I don't fully understand the program. I;m assuming that the hit numbers go into: Alpha, Beta, Gamma. Single and double filter seem to produce just about the same numbers. I wish there was a way to clear on the numbers instead of having to exit it

I did the extract ,and or run and I get the win defender message and I say run anyway and then the dll message.

lb, are you seeing something like this?

It sounds to me like you are trying to run the .exe from inside the .zip file. You need to run the .exe from the folder where the extracted files reside.

The sdl.dll is 314k.

Hmm, I don't understand why it's not working. Do you see the file SDL.dll in the folder? What version of Windows are you using? If you're using higher than 7, try running the program in compatibility mode. Right click on the application (exe), properties, then click the compatibility tab. I don't think an anti-virus would be blocking it.

I tried before. It says extract all,run,

I hit run and sdl.dll is missing.

The sdl is there at 314kb.

There are several sdl files.

It worked on my PC. I used 7-Zip to extract the archive. I saved it on my desktop. Right click on the flie.. scroll down to 7-Zip, then select extract to PIE-34

I Found It On An External HDD That Wasn't Plugged In.

These Were winsum's Instructions:

RL PI Program

1 Create a new folder and name it whatever you like. Example Pi34

2 Download the following zip file and save it to the new folder created in Step 1 above

3 Unzip the zip file

4 Double click either the P3-Pi exe to open the Pick 3 program or P4-Pi.

I downloaded ,used the zip utility and tried to run it but it told me it didn't find a dll file that was in the folder after everyrhing was done.

i installed this from winnsum and it still says it needs the dll file but its there. I did the extract etc and no luck.

Does anyone have a working copy to upload
