The Lottery Post desktop website does offer the Simple Codes text editor, which for those wondering, is a feature that was necessary many years ago when browser support for the Rich Text Editor (that you are currently accustomed to using) was not supported by some very old web browsers. The Simple Codes text editor can be switched on in the Account Settings page in the Option menu. To enable it, you would turn off the Rich Text Editor.

Correct, an Android tablet does not use ChromeOS. You would insert emojis directly from the on-screen keyboard. As Raven stated, click the smiley button on the on-screen keyboard to switch to the emojis.

When you press Win + . (period) you aren t looking at the entire set of emojis. At the bottom of the popup emoji window are buttons to show different categories of emoji. There are so many emoji that showing them all in one list would be unwieldy. So tap those buttons at the bottom to see them all.

ChromeOS has the ability to use emojis too, but it is not as easy as Windows or MacOS.
