The LP odds calculator is correct. Keno draws 20 of 80 numbers so there are 3,535,316,142,212,180,000 different 20 number combinations. The odds of matching 10 of the 20 drawn numbers out of 80 numbers is 1 in 8,911,711 as shown on LB's chart.

If anyone is interested, the experts can show you how to calculate Keno odds.

I saw there were two 10/10 winners within a week. I also found it interesting that happened after I questioned the game publicly on this forum. Perhaps I'm being paranoid, but perhaps not.

Can you tell me why Pick Ten is the one game where the jackpots don't roll over and the one game that doesn't have a live televised drawing and the one game where they don't list the locations of the winners on their website, along with whether they played regular, quick pick, free game, play it again, etc... It not clear how they calculate the odds. (They Pick 20 Numbers, Prizes are Awarded for Matching 10 of the 20 Numbers.

I play Pick 10 as well and check the numbers and pay out daily.

I usually get one to three numbers and win nothing. However one time I did get 8/10 for $300 on a quick-pick ticket.

Just so you know....there was a 10/10 winner on 4/16/19 as well as another 10/10 winner on 4/23/19.

I can't remember seeing two 10/10 winners that close in the past.

Different states have different cut off times for different games. Here in Md. the cut off for the P3 P4 is only 5 minutes before the drawing. Other states are longer.

Instead of writing to them, why don't you call them up? There should a 1-800 # on the back of the tickets. After you get customer service, ask to speak to a drawing manager. You'll get better results then emailing them.

I did write to them. They didn't respond. Pick Ten averages one grand prize winner a year, two - tops. As for me, the most numbers I get is 5, never 6 which gets you the minimum cash prize. I have spent a lot of $$ on Pick Ten over the past two years, but haven't won a thing. Add to that the drawings aren't televised and the grand prize amount is always $500,000 no matter what, and I come up with the distinct feeling the game is fixed.

It would probably take too long to televise the drawing of 10 balls.

Does anyone know why the NY Lottery lists the televised viewings for all drawings except Pick Ten? Anyone in NY know where I can watch the drawing? And does anyone know what happens in the 60 minute time period between the cut-of time from when you can play Pick Ten (7:30pm eastern) and the actual drawing (8:30pm eastern)? Thank you.
