Your thinking is correct! However, The Liquor Store Clerk(my foreign friend) said

that he does the loading of the Vending Machine with the cards the Lottery

drops off, the Vending Machine then could become essentially the same

as OTC draw.ok

My best wins are $1,000 and $500 once each as well, and they both came from a machine.

All in all though, assuming the rolls are printed and distributed in an organized fashion rather than truly random I would be inclined to believe that they would intentionally send more losing rolls to the machines and more winners over the counter. Simply because it's much easier, and tons of people do it, to chase one ticket at a time one after another from the machine rather than OTC....easy sales,... [ More ]

The Grocery store Cashier was the only one to cash my $500 card. They got alot of cash on hand.

Most of my Local Liquor stores wouldn't...fyi

The Shoprite sells Lottery Tickets at Customer Service, but not after 20:00!

They also have a Scratch-Off Vending Machine which is available any time the Store is Open

here in Florida you can ask the desk clerk to check the game by it's location on the machine and they can pull up what the ticket # is on and how many are left.. I do all the time when I buy from the machine. In my experience it makes no difference buying a ticket from the counter or the machine. Just a person's preference.

I don't like the ones in vending machines for two reasons; #1 you don't know what number you are getting or how many is left on the roll , and #2 is here in N.C. cards are dispensed with the number sequence going backwards. All in all it's like playing poker and betting in the blind . Just my opinion.

I've never used a lottery vending machine. Too many bad experiences with vending machines in general so avoid them when I can.

There is a lotto vending machine in the grocery store I frequent and I've often wondered if you buy a ticket from it and it wins under $600, will the machine cash it out for you? I've never witnessed a cashier there cashing out a lotto ticket. Do you have to take it to another lottery retailer

Here in California many Liquor stores have both of these

selections. While some Gas stations and Big Box Grocery stores

just have the Vending machine. Do you

have a preference? fyi... both my Claimer and 500$

came from a vending machine. 100Xcard.
