I don't remember dreams much, but this one had me wake up in a cold sweat. There were dozens of spiders the size of large dinner plates in the basement and coming up the stairs to the main living area... and they were hissing. and that was the end of my sleep last night. Didn't even need coffee to be wide eyed and alert. STILL alert -

If anyone has input re: PB or MM numbers associated with a panic attack dream, I would love to hear it. (thank you btw
