			<description><![CDATA[<p>Doesnt seem all the funds towards education has resulted in the intended purpose.<br /><br />When you work in government finance you have to pretend that how much money you have and spend depends on which pocket it&#x27;s in.<br /><br />They say We&#x27;re going to take the revenue from the lottery and use it to spend more on fill in the blank ! but what happens is they put $20 million into the fund for that cause from lottery revenue and then instead of continuing to fund it with $250 million from the general fund they... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/327400/5955660">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
