Doesnt seem all the funds towards education has resulted in the intended purpose.

When you work in government finance you have to pretend that how much money you have and spend depends on which pocket it's in.

They say We're going to take the revenue from the lottery and use it to spend more on fill in the blank ! but what happens is they put $20 million into the fund for that cause from lottery revenue and then instead of continuing to fund it with $250 million from the general fund they... [ More ]

Players in the U.S. spent $80,000,000,000.00 in 2018.!

Each State is different when contributing to schools. Pennsylvania supports their Senior Citizens.

This Lottery is definitely an Industry. A profitable one
