In my honest opinion, the absolute most common mistake is not covering enough territory to ensure at least a partial return on a single play. It's so much easier to drop the coin and stay ahead than to drop the coin and try playing catch up.

If it helps doubles and triples I noticed are triggered by the 49x, 27x, 50, 16x, and 38x pairs in both the 3 and 4 digit.

They fall the most a day or two preceeding the full moon, during the full moon, and a few days after. Other than that

doubles and triples seem to fall more on Tues, Thursdays, and Saturdays

I think it's more of switching numbers too often, the numbers I needed came out (pick 4) sunday evening but I decided to play different numbers after a day. I don't really see research being an issue.

not playing where they pay the most... not using good websites info like lotterypost good info can take you along way i found a tool called pick 3 boomerang its been pretty consistent with wins .. no long workouts.. then i use lp to narrow down list

Yep, some players are compelled to play their pet numbers every drawing. Can't remember the last time I played pet numbers in PB or MM but it was way before the change to $2 tickets and now it's QPs only for me . My logic is after checking QPs I can easily forget which numbers were on them.

When I say one doesn't need to play every day, I'm referring to the system player who can't put together a feel good set to play within budget. The QP player who stops to buy tickets every day. The player who plays the same set forever, doesn't dare miss a draw.

What I think is a mistake is players ignore the fact every three or four digit number has the exact same chance of being drawn. That doesn't mean a system can't help with making choices, but at the end of the day almost every system is a simple random number generator.

Chasing long outs. Sure, people play them because they KNOW they're due. They're going to play it because it's been out 10-12-15-20 days. It could just as easily stay out twice that long.

Case in point. In my eve pick 3, the 312 order was out 51 days before it hit last month. How much money did people lose playing numbers that way because they thought it was due after say 2 1/2 or 3 weeks?

Another example. Midday Pick 3 all odd combos were recently out 45 days. How many started playing the... [ More ]
