The 5 digit string.....

Getting the similar idea (to go the number route) on the Cash5 and see where that leads. Been toying with the program but not making any major changes. Turning it over in my mind and charting a path where I can break some of it out without a complete rewrite.

This idea is solid. As i recall it looked for strings that were due to break. I set up an excell file that tracked every 4,5 and 6 string. Finding the next breaker was still a guess but finding same means the winner was in a small group of combinations. I ventured into applying the idea to fantasy 5 but could only apply it to the right digit. I set it aside because I had not begun break up the digits yet in fantasy 5

Thanks, memory beginning to fade. I still track those using Lotsoft for Cash 3. Have never tried using for Pick 5 Game.

You have some posts in that one as well! So take a trip down memory lane!

But I think he did several posts on strings so there may be others. But Win D is where the idea originated (for me). And I've used it for digits, digits by position, sums, and you name it.

This idea originated in the last decade with Win D about 2007/8.

It's simple. Find the sets that have been out the longest and make your choices from those sets. More often the winning number will not come from the longest out set but from the second to fifth set in the list.

It looks quite similar to what I posted with the Cash5.....
