My own perception would be Illinois and that&#x27;s b/c of the scandals I&#x27;ve read about, but as I had said, no place is immune to that now. I thought that was a given, but isn&#x27;t it better since the mob was ousted? 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t think most people would shell out a couple extra dollars for the right to be anonymous; most people won&#x27;t pay the extra buck for the chance to multiply a lower tier prize. On TLC&#x27;s website, you can click on a link that has a little story about jackpot winners (scratchoff and online winners) and each story that I have seen says the winner chose to claim anonymously.<br /><br />Unfortunately, not all states allow anonymous claims. Having said that, I wouldn&#x27;t be all that afraid of my name being out there if I couldn&#x27;t claim anonymously.
