I found one last night...it was a $2 card that won $5...there were 5 cards laying by the scanning machine

so just for fun while my tickets were being run and the clerk was scanning my winning scratch cards on his machine I scanned all of the cards laying by the scanning machine customers can use and all of them said either not a winner or previously cashed except for this one and it said see the clerk for a win...SO I kept it as I'm sure the person was long gone...either it's a winner or the... A couple of weeks ago I took a pile of tickets out of the trash box at the corner liquor store and that new game Triple Play, someone scratched it and didn t read how to play, the numbers didn t match but as I tried to enter it in 2nd Chance it wouldn t take it. So far I have found in the trash close to one hundred bucks in discarded tickets. People get in a hurry alot.

Neither of those, However California has 2nd Scratcher Play

w/ weekly drawings on Scratchers. Have typed in my numbers and it told me to go back check the ticket.

Yes, I have found discarded, or dropped winning scratcher tickets. People scratch them while walking it seems.

I always check used scratchers and one day somebody didn't play close attention it was a 20 dollar winner.

Unrelated. Once went to get money out of atm found 20 dollar bill in the dispenser.

I have.

I was walking to the gas station with my sister and on the way there I found a ticket I thought was a winner so I took it to the gas station and had them check it out and sure enough it was a $2 dollar winner.

So I cash it in and buy a $2 ticket and win $30 on that one and then I took her out to lunch.

Anyone got any stories.
